Hello -
I am looking for at least one (more would be great) other person who is a PHP RUNNER user, than I can delegate some of the programming tasks that need done so that our Grocery Planner Project can be up and running within the next few weeks / months. Most of the planning, database development, and mock ups have all been done! I just need the software development and website completed.
I am looking for programmers who:__

  • can communicate clearly via email or phone,
  • speaks and/or writes English very well
  • knows PHP RUNNER inside and out,
  • knows mySQL databases
  • is willing to do this on a volunteer basis up front (seeing the project through to be up and running functional at a basic level and maybe beyond)
  • would be extra if they have experience with Ruby On Rails or other languages that would add to the site's user friendliness, Ipod Apps, etc.

  • of hours is not the concern right now as much as just having someone to help. I am grateful for any help. However, the more committed, would be better, but even if someone can only offer 2 hours a week to help me tackle my biggest coding issues, that would be appreciated.


  • are willing to sign a non-compete agreement before I turn over any of the codes and notes to be worked on.

I have been developing this program since 2006, and there have been a number of obstacles that have made it difficult to get our Grocery Planner Project up and running.
[indent]In 2007, I originally paid a programmer thousands of our dollars to develop it for me and he ultimately did not finish it and I did not have anything working when all was said and done. (This is what led me to take classes in PHP and thankfully led me to PHP Runner.)
I had our third child in the middle of all of that,
and now (last July), my husband was in a severe accident and our entire lives were turned every which way. He is currently a quadriplegic doing rehabilitation. I am also taking care of our 3 small children and trying to generate income.[/indent]
Nonetheless, it is VERY important to me to finish this project! Not only are we completely unemployed at the time (due to the accident), but the world is finally waking up to how important our food system needs revamping (which happens to be the solution I felt the Lord led me to create starting back in 2006)! The time is now, and this needs to be up and running.
I cannot do it alone. I need help. People are out there right now that need this program to be up and running.
Currently the project is on a volunteer basis, but as the Lord provides income to work on this, it is my hope that eventually I could offer payment for services people are doing that are keeping this up and running. I will not go into debt and make these promises right now, because I do not know the future. But I can say it is my intention to allocate monies to pay contractors who are helping us as money becomes available. In the meantime, I am asking for volunteers who are excited to be part of such an awesome food revolution!
There are many things stirring in our country regarding this topic (our food system and habits).

  • Slow Food Movement, summer 2008
  • Health Food Stores gaining more popularity,
  • Michelle Obama starting the "Let's Move" campaign, just last month Feb 9, 2010!
  • and over the next 5 weeks, on Fridays, ABC is going to have a new program that will start a food revolution in this country.



This is just the beginning. Rather than people simply being educated about what they SHOULD be doing, I have the vision of a website that will give them practical tools they can use to do it! This is the time to get this up and running! I am convinced, people will be looking for solutions! This is what I have been working on, and this is what I need help completing.

I came across this topic thanks to ever busy and highly innovative SERGEY and his mentioning of this link in his today's newsletter.
Now, looking at the issue, I see the need to register a domain name under an OFFSHORE IBC first, not only to save some taxes on a highly frequent site later on, but to get you first to be totally unreachable by aggrieved food supplier's lawyer teams and maybe even US authorities like FDA, once some blacklist like interactive code would be up and running.
In regard to payments to Offshore IBC account, I think, Sergey's MEMBERSHIP template (I bought it in 2008 incl. the shopcart and calendar template) could do fine to get you out of the current monetary jam and income lack, say, I am thinking into a Pay-TV like web info as off $1 and up per monthly view as an example. A donation script could do as well fine.
To cut long things short, I just wrote mail on the issue on a $5,000 loan to ground the Offshore IBC plus maybe an INSPIRUNNER.com Pro Package in first instance to administer PHPRunner developers of all kind.
Should the feedback be negative, another option would be to hop over to www.kiva.org on a small start-up loan.
Finally, thanks to latest technological and web developments, I see the necessity that you need to partly scrap your year 2006 online data handling concept, but this should be a point to be discussed later on.
NB: I pulled my MASTERCARD somewhere last year to buy commercially available 800,000 records US medical database on another IT project, or say, once a proper website would be up and running, my bulk mailer can pump 1,000 mails per minute to boost things by means to attract some US doctors to inject their wisdom on bad ingredients online, of course coupled with the aim to make one dollar or two on sales fo such information.
Best web machinery in my eyes as for the moment would be 6 x 2 cores one under www.tinyurl.com/hexa4711 where some web energy could be offered to developers in remunaration to works done while GOOGLE auto-suggest featured web content needs some power by means of 32 GB and RAID5 under unlimited web traffic.

in order to try to generate a hot saleable item (say, a "customized" MyGrocerList on a handy USB chip) for Rachelle, here a 2 mm thin USB stick or better to say "fancy logo" printed USB CARD as per http://tinyurl.com/ydr9zov, ehich I want to drop an offline software which imports "filtered data" under 100% profile customoized terms of the "USB card holder" after a click unto a built-in button which is linked to an advanced search session. Now, I looked in vain (I knew that I stored that very post on my machine longer time ago, but could not locate it right now straightaway) for that very forum post reply by you on another thread on how to reverse the "advanced search URL" that way, I can link the button to same. Only detail I could remember is a manual change inside the code from POST to GET to see the "advanced search URL". Hope you got the point and can provide the wished forum link I'm looking for.
