RadioButton/Listbox utf8 values not encoded

Hi

With PHPR 5.2, I have a utf8 encoded with Greek Language site. If I use radiobutton or a Listbox with fixed values, those are not shown in encoded using utf8. I suppose this has something to do as the validation text not being encoded in the past.
