data added to database but not shown on list view

Hi, im trying to create a basic student management system, the main table students has UPN as its primary field which is not autonumber. All other tables display the correct list after adding a new record. but the students list doesn't. Checked the database and the details are added to the database but new records are not displayed on the list view. Any ideas what can be causing it.
