Master/Details on Print view pages

The project I am working on makes extensive use of having master and detail data on the same page. This works great for Edit, Add and View pages. However the print page does not seem to have the capability to show master and detail data together.
Is there a way to do this?

Your example works because you are printing from the details page which includes the Master page information. We are trying to print from the master page and include the details page. We are not giving the users a list view of the details as your demo has.
