Downloaded Trail Version 5.2 build 4905 today...but frustration in growing...

Using Application Wizard, created a new project with tables and relationships...no problem and built it once then tested it in the browser. No problems. The only option changed from the default settings was deselected 'Inline Edit' & 'Inline Add' for all tables.
But when I went back to "Themes", "Upload to Demo Account", "Build", and even on "Save Project" the follow error messages appear:
Trying "Themes" this error message:

"Can't open file for writting

C:\Program Files]PHPRunner5.2\test\preview_Candidates_list.htm,error=3"
Trying to "Upload to Demo Account", this error message:

"Error saving file

Can't open file for writting. C:\program Files\PHPRunner5.2\test\tmp\db\db.sql,error=3"
Trying "Save" this error message:

"Can't open file for writting

C:\Program Files]PHPRunner5.2\test\test.phpr,error=3"
Now...going back after typing the above details, I tried to click the button between BACK and FINISH to show the list of options...but now that doesn't work.
Trying to "Close" to start over, clicked 'Yes' to save the changes, and get this error:

"Error saving file

Can't open file for writting. C:\program Files\PHPRunner5.2\test\tmp\db\db.sql,error=3"
So now closed everything and restarted the application. Then using the Template "Jobs", clicked 'Next' but the get this error message:

The Folder C:\Program Files\PHPRunner5.2\Jobs1\visual\original (followed by all the other folder names)

can not be created. Please double check" (Double check what?)
Internet connection is fine.
Just uninstalled, redownloaded, and fresh installed. Going straight to Templates->Jobs, got an error message from first "Next" click.
Just lost a few hours of work...any ideas? This is very strange.
(Please don't recommend setting up a Demo Account, because that also gives an error message :-)

Thanks for your help. It's very much appreciated.

Looks like permissions issue to me.
I can suggest to create your projects under 'My documents\PHPRunnerProjects' directory (username\documents\PHPRunnerProjects on Windows Vista/7).
If this doesn't help contact support team directly at http://support.xlinesoft.com.

Thank you.

I'm not sure 'why' but creating then saving projects in the new directory 'My documents\PHPRunnerProjects' solved the problem.

Windows Vista/7 in most cases won't let you write anything to 'Program files' directory - that's why.
