ASPRunnerPro General questions

Hi all, it's been a while, but I had an occasion to add and modify a project that has been running for quite some time. I seemed to recall that the Demo KB had something I wanted, so I loaded the project.
When I go to the Visual Editor, I get what is depicted in the jpeg file attached.
I closed down ASPrunner 6, re-opened another demo project (Cars) and the same sort of thing.
I've restarted the machine, checked for bad stuff (Viruses etc). I've removed ASPrunner, re-installed and still get the same thing. I'm concerned that if I open my project it will get foobarred...
Has anyone seen this before? What to do here?
Thanks all.

Well, there is no screenshot.
I recommend to contact support directly at http://support.xlinesoft.com sending your screenshot.

Sorry folks, I was sure I added the URL for the jpg, here it is: https://asprunner.com/forums/file.php?topicimage=1&fieldname=reply&id=48113&image=1&table=forumreplies
BTW: I checked my post, and the link is there.

It's looks something is not right with ASPRunnerPro installation?
What version of ASPRunnerPro do you use?

Do you create a new project from the template or open existing one? If latter, try to create a new project.
You can also try ASPRunnerPro 6.2.

Oh I agree, something is wrong. As I mentioned in my original post, rebooted, removed, re-installed. Same thing.
I removed it again, rebooted, re-installed and now it seems fine.
I (and my staff) appreciate your suggestion regarding "Trying a newer version", but when it came out we evaluated it and there was nothing of significance to want us to upgarde.
And believe me, I'm not intending to be rude, and I do appreciate the assitance, but upgrading to a newer version doesn't answer the underlying "What is Wrong here" question.
Also, we are using 6.0 and are satisfied with it's features. For other advanced features that we need we use CodeCharge, but in this case, this is a pure ASPrunner project.
I and my staff have used this forum and found it to be an exceptional resource and the people here are more than willing to share their skills and knowledge. We are most pleased with the all the suggestions, responses and assistance.
Thank you and have a great weekend.

Erin

Well, it is rude. If you ask for help - will be ready to listen to suggestions and try a few things.
Since screenshot didn't provide enough info I recommended to try the same in version 6.2. If you face the same issue - that's one thing, if it works in version 6.2 - that's another. More info you have - faster the issue can be solved.

WOW! I totally disagree sir. It wasn't rude (I was trying to be as suscint and clear as possible). You clearlydid not read my original post in detail. I was specific and said this was a project that has been running for some time. SO, this was Not A New One
Next, to suggest trying a new vesion, still Does Not Explain the Issue... If moving to a new vesion makes it go away, then clearly there is an issue with the one I am using. That would be the key point that I would think you folks would want to focus on.
In the future, please make sure that you read all the details of the original post, before asking such questions as "Is this a new one?". That would be helpful in minimizing banter back and forth.
Thanks...

You are right. Your post was crystal clear ... to you.
You didn't say if project you opened was created by the same version of ASPRunnerPro or by older one (i.e. conversion issue).
Your description reads like you wanted to added to your existing project something that you have seen in KB template. It's not clear if your project was created on the top of KB template or you created a new project using KB template to see how it works in order to add something similar to your existing project.
Anyway, it's only important that it was resolved. Next time I'll suggest to reinstall APRunnerPro twice right away once I see a similar problem description. ... Just kidding.
