I have found on searching the Forum that others have posted similar problems to my own. But then I have seen that they have been asked to submit their application via the demo facility and we never find out what the solution was. It seems to me that it would be helpful if everyone using the Forum could post the solution to their problem so that everyone can learn. I think it is too much of an imposition to ask Jane and Sergey to do this as they must be very busy dealing with our queries.
