PHPRunner 5.2 tables page problems

I have migrated an medium sized existing 5.1 application to 5.2 as a test before we decide whether to migrate our main application.
Every time I select the tables page - the tables are rearranged from the layout I setup and I get a message in red at the bottom of the page:
PHPRunner terminated unexpectedly. Restore your project from backup saved on February 15, 2010 23:57:07
However PHPRunner doesn't terminate - as far as I can tell it continues normally. But having all my tables rearrange themselves each time I select the Tables page is a bit painful. Any ideas on what might be wrong.
The migration also lost most (but not all) of my master-detail links in the generated output - though they were still showing on the tables page. I managed to recover them by deleting each link and recreating them. This is feasible for our test migration but not the main one. Any ideas on what I can do to avoid this in future migrations.

Mark,
tables getting rearranged is a bug and will be fixed shortly . The same applies to unexpected termination message. If you haven't experienced a crash it's safe to ignore it.
In regards to migration issues - contact support team directly sending your sample database and project directory zipped.

Thanks Sergey
FYI - It seems that when I migrated the application from 5.1 to 5.2 - the definition was retained on the tables page but none of the options for displaying the link were set. If I just selected the link option and took the pop-up option when editing the link it all worked OK. This doesn't happen on every link - only on those where the details preview was selected in the 5.1 version.
