I have two fields Contract and Job Description.
Contract is what the customer has told us is faulty with an appliance and Job Description is what gets sent out to an engineer.
The Job Description will always contain the same text as the contract, but with a bit more added, so, Contract could be. The toaster is broke. Job description would be The toaster is broke. Peter replaced the timer on it last month.
Now, is there a way I can get the tect from the contract to be copied into the job description field when the user has finished entering the data in Contract and clicks on the Job Description filed?
