suggestion to minimise reset page

Hi, just an observation and suggestion:
We edit the page in visual editor most often because we want to add some notes.

But when page is reset they are gone.
Method 1:

1. notice that footer and header tag are always there when reset the page.
   
2. May be we can have a tag "footnotes" above the footer tag, so we can insert the notes into the tag like a php codes.
   Method 2:
   
3. Use the mouse over the field name as notes instead of showing currently multi-sort instructions.
