great piece of software and thinking of purchasing, but need one vital question answering which will decide it either way.
Currently using dreamweaver cs4 with developer toolbox, the code it produces is dirty but it works. One handy feature is when multiple editing, a small button appears next to each field which when clicked copies the current field value into the all the corresponding fields currently being edited. For instance, I select and edit 10 records, in one of the fields, say, 'assigned manager', the field value is 'J CLARKE'. If I click the 'fill down' button, J CLARKE is copied into the assigned manager field for all the records I am currently editing. Then I can carry on editing as I please before saving.
This facility is crucial to most of the DB's I write as most of my clients will want to edit and change multiple records most of the time, and this is a massive time saver, as well as a deal breaker for me.
