Invalid Login with Dynamic Permissions

I am using Dynamic Permissions and when I attempt to login for the 1st time I get an Invalid Login. I viewed the actual user record in the MySQL database and it exists. I also added the existing user to the Admin group. Still, Invalid Login.
Anything I'm doing obviously wrong?

Also, there are no spaces in the username or password.

Are you saying that subsequent login attempts work ok and that only the 1st time login is rejected ??

did you add the user and add to the admin group thru the program or did you add them directly to the Mysql database ?

All login attempts fail, and I added the user and the same user to the admin group through PHP Runner.
