Master Detail Generated Page

It appears that the master table info position is not consistent with the other generated pages.
Most of the other web pages display

-header

-menu

-detail.
When using the Master Table Detail it use the following format

-Header

-Detail

-Menu
Is there a way to control where the master detail is positioned?

Ok I can move move the showmasterfile from the child (details) but what I should have asked you is how can I modify the template so that the default placement of the showmasterfile is beneath the menu?

you can edit lheader.htm in the ASPRunnerPro6.1/templates/layouts/<selected layout> directory.
