Login page problem

what is the error text or error code?

There is no error code...

just after login, PHPrunner doesn't send e-mail for activation and didn't go to success page or failure page

and then always back to login paghe without captcha..

Hello is this project hosted locally on testing environment on your machine if you so emails wont send to user you need to configure your mail server to handle email at a local level for testing.
However if you want a online hosted, fully functioning, easy to use service provider i most highly recommend
