Login page not coming and I'm taking this error, please help this problem.

please download and install PHPRUnner 5.1 build 2503:

Then open and rebuild your project.

What is the main reason for this problem?

without installing the new version Is it possible to solve this business?

There is a problem with version of PHP. I guess you installed PHP 5.3 where split() and some other functions are depreciated.
