Error Importing XLS 'Operation Not Allowed'

Using ASPRunner Pro 6.1, trying to import an XLS file - works fine if file is about 480 rows or less, but anything bigger, get error;

Request object error 'ASP 0104 : 80004005'
Operation not Allowed
/include/aspfunctions.asp, line 1720
Is there a limit that can be overridden?
