High CPU Utilization in Web Service/Slow Response

Sergey, Similar situation as this topic but we need to fix it inmediately.
I have been researching a litle bit because we thought it was a Server problem but the Web Hoster said is my problem and pointed me to this Microsoft Article.
I know you said with the version 3.2 will be solved but we can not wait any longer.
When are you going to release this new version?

Can you give me directions on how apply this recomendation/solution given by microsoft ?
