ASPrunner 6.1 lookup wizard doesn't work

Hi all,
I have a problem:

I have one dropdown that is filled with the mastertable data. 3 others are dependent on it. It works fine ( displays data according to choice in first dropdown)

But, when the user adds a new record or edits a record, only the first (master) dropdown saves the chosen value. The other dependant dropdowns save the first value in list to the database. I have tried to delete the enire OUTPUT folder and rebuild, but same problem.
Plz advise on this error

It's difficult to tell you what's happening without seeing actual files.

For those interested, I received the following reply:
Hi,
this error happens because Cat values in the tblsizes table are not unique.

You need to use another field as link field for the Maat dropdown. For example save Specificatie value in the Specificatie field as use this field as main dropdown for Maat field.
