PDF View Error

I have installed the PDF view on the server, but when I click on the PDF view I get this in red letters??
Any ideas please?

It's difficult to tell you what's happening without seeing actual files.
Please publish your project on Demo Account and open a ticket at http://support.xlinesoft.com sending a URL to your pages along with instructions on reproducing this error.

Hi Jane, Does it have to go on the demo account, as the project and the database is massive. One table has over 500 fields in it?
