PHPRunner General questions

I unzipped the file html2ps.zip to C:\Program files\PHPRunner5.1\source\plugins and C:\xampp\htdocs\unitholders\source\plugins\ (where unitholders is the project folder).
However, when I invoke the PDF View link on the View page all I get is a progress indicator with % beneath it. It doesn't generate a pdf. I am wondering if I put the files on the server in the right place.
Any help will be much appreciated.

It's difficult to tell you what's happening without seeing actual files.
Please publish your project on Demo Account and open a ticket at http://support.xlinesoft.com sending a URL to your pages along with instructions on reproducing this error.
