My problem is that when i create a DB in mysql and insert records from phpmyadmin greek characters looks ok in db but after connecting with phprunner i see ????? at results of edit sql query page.
If i use the generated webpages to insert records to the same db, everything looks fine on the site but using phpmyadmin i see messup characters.
As a result order by commants do not execute right!

Thank you for your quick answer, but
the problem starts inside the phprunner, in page "edit sql query" tab "results" ( i see ????? instead of greek) and continues to the export webpages. if i use these webpages to enter records then these records apears fine to internet but not fine to the db.
I think here is somethink wrong with phprunner.php(?). In miscellaneous page the project suggests Language: English Regional settings: Greek. I changed language to greek but nothing improved.
Please can you think something else?
