Delete and Edit don't appear

I created a asp page with the list of users in a table in my ms access database, and select that only this user can edit/delete your own data. But when create the first record appear only View and Delete/Edit don't appear.
These 2 options only appear if I select that all users can edit/see data. I tried assigning access right to my user with full access but still edit/delete don't appear.
