I have changed the date drop down to start with 2009 (include/commonfunctions). My question is...if I keep this change will it affect the information later on. What I mean is in 2010 will you still be able to view the 2009 data, or does changing the drop down values only affect the new records being inserted?

I would suggest in next version of asprunner, can the no of years for the picklist be defined project by project? Sometimes, the year range is expected to be shorter for input consideration.
