Memory exhausted

Hi, I get the follwing message when I try to view the PDF link. It is becasue of the memory size allocated.
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 45 bytes) in C:\xampp\htdocs\plugins\html2ps\css.property.handler.class.php on line 63.
Did any one of you come across this situation. I need to change the memory size in the php.ini. I m not sure the file is located. Can you help me with this. I tried to see in the root folder and windows folder. I am using apache on my computer now.
