Advance Search - compulsory search field

Hi All,
I am unable to set search field as compulsory/required filed in advanced search. If none of fields is entered I am getting search result on 'full table content'. I need to make sure that top field as serach criteria is enetered/populated by the user and not empty. Setting field to Required in Visual Edit is NOT WORKING !!!

Hi,
use List page: Before processevent for this purpose. Check search parameters and redirect back to the advanced search page if needed in this event.

Thanks for your info, but how to "Check search parameters and redirect back to the advanced search page ".

I think we should have such option not to allow for full selection list of table rows in case when user is not populating any search fields/criteria. If we have 'big' table with thousands of rows we get all of them on list page!!!!
