Limiting the Years which appear in Date dropdown boxes

Hello
The dropdown boxes associated with inputting or searching for a date work very well. However the list of years starts with 1909. Is there a way of setting things up so that the years start in 2009? I have grepped the output files to look for dates but have not been able to find anything.

edit WriteYears function in the generated include/commonfunctions.php file.
