advanced search error with 5.1

I recommend to do a clean install of PHPRunner 5.1 (uninstall previous version completely and remove the whole PHPRunner directory) and then rebuild your project.

I wiped out the php5.1 completely, reinstalled my addons (templates, etc).
I also completely deleted the project from the web server, and then rebuilt the project, with the same result
I noticed in my libs folder for the project (on the web server) there are only 4 files
excelreader.php

fpdf.php

gif.php

oleread.inc
I also found the file(s) that the error mentions in the oldlibs folder

This time I removed everything again (project output included)
Reinstalled but did not put any of the add-ons I use
Advanced Search worked
So then I added some of my extras like Template Pack, FCKEditor, and the Chart fix and rebuilt the project again.
This also worked
My guess is the Web Reports is causing it, I will go out and redownload it to make sure I have the newest version.
Update: I downloaded the 2009 version from the web site, installed and rebuilt my project and the error came back.

Make sure you unzipping web reports to a separate 'webreprots' folder (not to main source folder).
