Anyone using DIMAC JMAIL for sending emails

I've been having a lot of difficulty trying to use the SEND SIMPLE EMAIL that's part of ASPRunner, mainly with the wizard setup with regard to the smtp server.
Anyone using jmail for sending emails? It appears to work if I replace the SEND SIMPLE EMAIL code with the jmail code - until I try to pull fields from the form. I thinks it's a simple syntax issue but cant find any examples of the "[Field Name]-[Field Value] pair" to go from.
