Hi,
what settings do you use for this field on the "View as" settings/"Edit as" settings dialogs on the Visual Editor tab?

Hello Scubadiver
Thanks so much for explaining me yes in the I did the changes in under both tabs " View as" and "Edit as" however I found there are no areas in those sections(" View as" and "Edit as") to modify or specify the image file types....! Such as JPG, JPGE, BMP or GIF.
But to tell you the fact I remember I have deleted those options some where in phprunner...unfortunately I could not figure it out where I did those changes...! I definitely believe there should be way to fix this -
once again thanks for taking time to help me out and it would save a lots of my time

You don't need to specify image types. It supports JPEG/GIF/PNG right out of the box.
