The ftp upload option has a select to upload changed files only, problem is that my link is so slow that I am unable to do updates that way, is there a utility that could zip up the changed files so I could manually upload and unzip?

unfortunately no.

We plan to add this feature in one of the next versions.

OK, I have written myself a utility which has a marker file it uses that to work out which files are changed, and ignores most of the directories, nasty but it works. 400k is a lot better than a few megs <img src='https://asprunner.com/forums/file.php?topicimage=1&fieldname=reply&id=41199&image=1&table=forumreplies' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />
