Columns keep moving

lewisgr author Okay, I have seen all the video and they make it seem easy, but oh no not for me! I have 5 columns that I want to resize but whenever I move one all the rest of them start moving around. Is this normal and how can I get them to stop moving. Also, I have a few hyperlinked pages that I want to resize on my main list page but they won't get shorter because "farm_site childnumber to larger than I want the column to be. Is this something I have to live with or can I change it so it's narrower? Thanks

Is this something I have to live with or can I change it so it's narrower? Thanks You will 'live with' moving columns and the field sizes dependent on their names. However, only at production phase at Visual Editor, it is not a major problem at all. The result will depend on 'real' field/column size which can be defined using the left side menu or right click. This does not depend on field name, etc. While working on visual editor, you will find out more about his rather individual behavior (myself, I would like too, to see more at 'tips and tricks' on this matter) which is often quite intuitive.
