Can not delete or import

I create a database in MS Access with 4 tables (user, hardware, etc). In the table hardware there is hardware field that contain entries like PC, Monitor, Printer, Router.

I have two problems with ASPRunner Professional 6.0.

1. I try to delete a PC entry but it doesn't to that. No error message, no conflict. If I try to delete a Monitor, Printer or Router, there is no problem. Why there is a problem only with PCs entry and not with athers?
   
2. I try to import I .xls file but I get this error message.
   ADODB.Stream error '800a0bbc'
   
   Write to file failed.
   I setting the folder permission to write but I still have the same problem
   Please reply if anyone has an answer.
