Repeating Column in List View

The last_name column is repeating on the List page. Can't figure out why.
This is how it is set up.


This is how it appears, with the last name in 2 columns.

I would suggest to reset the list page in Visual Editor. If this doesn't help post your application to Demo Account (use 'Demo Account' button on the last screen in program). Then open a ticket at http://support.xlinesoft.com sending your Demo Account URL for investigation.

Reset didn't help, so posted on the demo account.

This problem was resolved. Undoubtedly something I was doing wrong. Another reset and it worked. I may have been looking at the incorrect output files. Thanks for the help.
