In latest builds, the user is logged in as a quest after the session timeout (including showing the menu, etc.). It was not like this before and there are no guest permissions in my permission settings. How to avoid this quest option?

I would double check if guest login is enabled.
You can also post your application to Demo Account (use 'Demo Account' button on the last screen in program). Then open a ticket at http://support.xlinesoft.com sending your Demo Account URL for investigation.

Double checked. No guest login is enabled.

However, in visual editor, login page, I see 'Login as Guest '. On the web, there is no such an option (not sure if it's relevent).
Concerning demo, I constantly receive a 'Table ... _ugrights' doesn't exist' error so I sent the project and db files (+ some other issues), Ticket ID: 178958.
Thanks.

It looks like something is out of sync. Login page should look the same way in both Visual Editor and browser.
When you upload project to demo account choose option to upload all tables in the database.

I've been trying to upload to demo several days with no success - without tables and with tables, having received the messages 'Operation completed successfully' or 'Timed out'. However at the end always ,- 'Table ... _ugrights' doesn't exist'.
Could you still use the files included for investigation of this issue as well as the mysql error saving one of the tables (table e)?
