Along the line of backgrounds, I note that the visual editor does not allow you to insert things like horizontal or vertical lines and place them at desired locations on the page (Mainly the printer friendly page). Alternately, I would like to take an existing form and scan it in to a PDF file, place it on my page as a background (Of a specified height and width so that it would print properly on a page) and then paste my fields onto the form at the desired locations, so that when the page is called up in a browser for printing, my data appears along with the nice neat form in the background. Alternately, we need a way to create forms that allow us to insert horizonal and vertical lines where we control the position. Along these same lines, if we creat a form where we use colors in the cell backgrounds, they appear properly on the screen, but when printed, no color or shading appears on the printed page. If you could squeeze these in somewhere, it would allow us to freate custom forms to display and print the database information out ina nice, pretty format. |
