Hello experts,

I am using the trial PHPrunner 5 and this is the very first time trying to build a database for my store...! I entered all the correct information with the best of my knowledge, still I could not get connected to my MYSQL 5 database I am getting the error messages. Still I am in the very first page I think...! Is there any expert to resolve this for me? I am not sure this is the correct way of asking question using this forum? If anyone is the pls help me to go to the next step

You need to contact support team sending MySQL server address, username and password along with error message.

Well as per your instruction I tried, disconecting firewall still there is no chance to contact to my server...! So I temperily ordered a bond band internet connection (I use DSL)and still the same error...! Then I finally formated my computer as I was thinking my computer could have been currupted, and again installed all my softwares and still the same...! I was wandering what is the mistake I am doing...! Eversince I have no programmng knowledge I believe your software would be ideal for my need...! So please help with this and tell me what should I do...! If you want I could prepare a demo video of my usage of your software for you to see...!Will that be possible? Please contact support team (support@xlinesoft.com) directly sending MySQL server address, username and password along with error message and a couple of screenshots explained what you're doing.
