search field on list page

on add page for the table invoices i want to put in field Company name, name of the company from the table Company.

on add page field Company i have selected like Lookup table > TABLE: Company > LINK FIELD > CompanyName

As you're asking about the search on the list page, check what fields you have selected fro search in the fields tab.
The option you've selected affects adding and editing records (and the way the field is shown oin the advanced search I believe).
