Hi,
I would like to add a request for report pages. It would be nice to have the option to show a header line for each group in the printer-friendly pages of a report. I like the way that the group headers appear above each group on the report pages of a report but they are not visible on the printer friendly pages. I know that the "print whole report" function adds a header at the top of each page but it still would be nice to have the option for each group.
