PHPRunner General questions
M mitali_parekh author <img src='https://asprunner.com/forums/file.php?topicimage=1&fieldname=question&id=11114&image=1&table=forumtopics' class='bbcemoticon' alt='<<' /> hi, while FTP upload i m unable to connect to the server. i m getting an error msg:"unable to connect to server". what to do?. i have filled following information while ftp upload: ftp location:-phprunner.com host name:-ftp.sitename.com user:-[user name of my database][i guess] password:-[password of my database] remote url:-http://sitename.com/[foldername] upload pages to:-[folder name where my project is stored]. please tell me where i m filling wrong information.

It's asking for the username and password of your ftp server, not the database, swap these and you should be ok as it already has the database detail stored in the php runner files
