AutoFill Fields From Another Table Based on A Lookup

Here's the situation. I've been tryig to do this for a while, but have had no luck. I have 2 tables "Artist" and "Agents". On the "Artists" page, I want to have the person select the "Agent" (which I can do using the Lookup...not the problem), and then have some of the "Agent" information populate fields in the "Artists" page. I want the values to automatically be written to the "Artisit" table.
I've created the corresponding fields in the "Artists" table, but I'm not sure how to make it automatically write to the "Agent" data into these fields. I'm trying to move over:
Phone Number and Location into the "Artists" tabl from the "Agents table.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
