PHPRUNNER BUILD 766
I've just spent HOURS chasing down what looks like a bug in build 766 with inline add if one of the fields to be added has an "edit as" a lookup wizard using a list of values AND HAS A DEFAULT VALUE (in my case there were two items in the list of values and I set the default to the first one).
The symptom is that when the inline add link is clicked, the line opens up BUT NO FIELDS ARE DISPLAYED.
Remove the default value for the lookup wizard and the inline add works.
