Hi,
This seems simple, but we can't seem to find a simple solution...
We have some reports where averages are reported in the summary, and sometimes they end up with a lot of digits after the decimal (e.g., 36.6666666666667). Is there a way of formatting the average to a certain number of decimal places?
Thanks

Steve,
try to set up this field as Number on the "View as" settings dialog on the Visual Editor tab.

Indeed, the field is set up as Number in the "View as", but there are no property settings for this that I can see.
Any other ways of specifying the digits after the decimal place? Is it possible to use "Custom" "View as" setting for this?
Thanks

Sorry,
We realized that in fact the field where we had many digits after the decimal place was indeed not formatted as a number. So your suggested solution, Jane, will solve our problem.
Many thanks,

Steve
