View report in browser error

I'm running PHPRUNNER 5.0 with the wampserver. I've built a report but when I try to view it in my firefox browser I get the http 404 error that the requested URL /index.htm was not found. I've found a sort of work around for this error and it is by inserting any project name in the web site URL dialog box (http://localhost/PROJECTXXXXXX/index.htm) . Once I click on the build button with a project name I can then view the report that I created. Any ideas on how to resolve this error correctly?
