display individual records.....

I'm not sure that I understand you correctly.

What radiobutton do you mean? Please give me more detailed descritpion of what you want to achieve.

Sorry I didn't make myself clear, what I want is to display the results of "classified" one at a time, then when you click on a button (which I would insert) it clears on record and displays the next record. So.....

1. On the "classified" example when you click "show all" button it displays four results on the same page.
   
2. I want to click on "show all" and it displays the item then I click on a button (which I inserted) and it clears the last results and displays the next result and so on.....
   basically one item at a time to be displayed. I decided to change the code so that only one item to be displayed on a page at a time that might work if I could change the display/font/colour of the page numbers but I don't know where the code is or what file I need to do this (if possible I would like them down the left hand side).
   Preferably I'd like to keep the page numbers incase of numerous results being displayed. I know this seems a lot and I hope I've explained this ok without too much waffle.

just use 1 in the Records on page box on the Miscellaneoustab.
