Upload Path !

Hello,
I have a website called www.mysite.com

I have different projects on that web site ex :
www.mysite.com/FR

www.mysite.com/UK

www.mysite.com/US
Is there a way for all these phprunner websites to upload their pictures or documents to the same folder ex

www.mysite.com/pics or www.mysite.com/docs ... instead of www.mysite.com/FR/pics etc
