How to display an icon instead of Picture

In my database, I created a colum, where the user can upload an image. When there is no image uploaded, in the database is shown the normal gif with the broken pic.
I have no idea, to change this icon.

Kannst Du nicht in deiner Datenbank das Feld mit einem Default-Bild einstellen?

Also ich meine, dass das Feld als Voreingestellten Wert immer schon dein Icon/gif enthält.

Danke, hab es aber schon gefunden, war schon mal gepostet, wenn auch anders formuliert. Nun funktioniert es. Vielleicht sollten wir uns mal austauschen, auf Deutsch geht manches einfacher.
