Only allow a Monday to be selected

Hi,
I'm working on a time sheet app and when the user wants to start a new work week, I need to narrow his options to only selecting a Monday from the date picker.
any ideas or help would be great!

you could create a table of Monday dates and get the user to select from the drop down list associated with the table of Mondays.
