I can see that this program has such great potential for creating really complex and attractive applications but a lot of people are intimidated by the number of features and options available.
Every time I open the application and poke around I find something new that I wish I had learned prior to creating previous applications.
I am aware that you have a few tutorials available for learning about some of the features in PHPRunner but I think you would be surprised at how many users would benefit from either a
detailed manual or a video tutorial or even an online class that covers all of the features in PHP/ASPRunner extensively.
I believe that having these resources available for sale would prove to be a very positive motivation to purchase your software (not to mention highly profitable in sales in itself)
There are other companies that sell three and four hundred page manuals and video tutorials that cost more than the software for which they are created for, and people are buying them as
quick as they can be produced, as there is no substitution for a strong understanding of the software you are using on a daily basis. I am not taking anything away from your support system
(Especially Sergey, Jane and all the other brilliant minds on the forums) as they are the reason most of us have stayed with PHP/ASPRunner and muscled through the learning curve of adding advanced features to our applications,
but I think that many people, like myself, would sooner get the less extensive information from a manual or a video tutorial and save the "Impossible" tasks to bother you guys on the forums or help tickets.
You guys have created a great piece of software that has proven to have a wealth of potential, Imagine what it could do with a userbase armed with the knowledge of all of its capabilities.
