field names missing

I just regenerated a project to add a few thing for a client and noticed when I uploaded it that the fild names on the edit and add pages are missing.
I went back to the project and they are also missing on the visual editor page
Did I miss a control someplace that turns their display on and off or is it something else?

On the edit SQL page make sure the fileds are ticked in the tables list

Wierd each individual field was selected but if I selected the * (wildcard) then the field names showed up fine..
