Edit Drop Down not showing current DB data. It show 'Please selec

I read a lot about this issue, but finally i didn't found any way to solve this..

I got a Lookup Drop Down Box with Data from other Table, linked by the ID attribute.

After adding the record, I check the DB and the record is fine (ex. 000000001)

But when I Edit the same record, i get in the drop down box "Please Select"..

But if i change the same drop down box to a Radio Button, it's works...

So, the Radio Button, it's working, but the same configuration with the drop down did not get the current value.

Any ideas why?..
